摘要

Based on a multiport isolated DC-DC converter technique, an efficient Energy Management System (EMS) was created for a Nano Grid (NG) that consists of a Super Capacitor (SC) energy storage system and a PhotoVoltaic (PV) array with a battery. Additionally, the converter is bidirectional and can use a half-bridge CLLLC resonant architecture with minimal switching devices to send power from the ESS to the grid. This research proposes a novel power management method for hybrid battery based grid-connected that operates in different modes using a battery and a SC. The main advantages of the proposed energy management scheme are efficient power sharing amongst the different energy storage systems, rapid DC voltage link control to loading as well as generation disturbances, a reduced rate of current from batteries discharge and charge over normal operation, and transient fluctuations in power. To examine how the EMS behaved with a random demand profile during the day, two different operating scenarios were tested: (1) the grid, a PV array, and batteries, providing load power using EMS; and (2) a SC, batteries, the grid, and a PV array providing load power using EMS. MATLAB/Simulink software is used to verify the efficacy of the suggested approach.
