Novel algorithm on the impact of urban informatization construction on green total factor productivity and economy in China
摘要
China’s economy has entered the stage of high-quality development, enhancing green total factor productivity has become crucial in promoting high-quality economic development, and information construction is an important starting point. This paper examines the impact of urban information construction on enhancing green total factor productivity through empirical analysis. In order to verify the relationship between urban informatization construction and green total factor productivity, fixed effects regression analysis indicates that the international Internet user number, the telephone number of end users, and an increase in the number of mobile terminal users significantly contribute to the promotion of green total factor productivity, thus highlighting the positive role of informatization construction in promoting it. The level of urban informatization construction varies in different regions, resulting in different effects on green total factor productivity. The increase in the number of Internet users exerts the greatest effect on the green total factor productivity of cities in the western region, while the increase in the number of telephone terminals solely impacts the green total factor productivity of cities in the eastern region. Productivity exerts a boosting effect, and the increase in mobile terminals has the greatest effect on enhancing the green total factor productivity of cities in the central region. Finally, it proposes policy suggestions for information construction aimed at improving green total factor productivity, such as increasing investment in urban information construction, strengthening the construction of the information talent security system, and enhancing the level of information construction in the western region.
