A Review on the Role of Annexin Family in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancer with high malignancy and poor prognosis. The Annexin family plays an important role in the occurrence and development of TNBC. This article reviews the research progress of the expression, mechanism of action, clinical significance, and potential therapeutic targets of the members of this family in TNBC, aiming to provide new ideas and directions for the diagnosis and treatment of TNBC.
