<p>This study analyses how technology change influences digital-age entrepreneurial performance, adaptability, and talents. Entrepreneurship affects technological outcomes. The research has two main objectives: (1) to analyze the direct effects of technological transformation on entrepreneurial factors, (2) to investigate the role of entrepreneurial capabilities as a mediator for Entrepreneurial performance and adaptation Researcher use mixed approaches to gather and interpret quantitative and qualitative data. Partial least squares structural equation model of 13,879 Egyptian firms. 30 entrepreneurs (15 men, 15 women) were asked detailed questions for qualitative insights. The study found that technology revolution favourably impacts entrepreneurial performance (β=0.314), adaptation (β=0.532), and capabilities (β=0.845). Research indicates that entrepreneurial skills enhance performance (β=0.587) and adaptability (β=0.339). Technical change and entrepreneurial outcomes are mediated by entrepreneurial capabilities. Qualitative research shows technology adaptation and gender-specific digital entrepreneurship.</p>
