摘要

Green human resource management (GHRM) has become a key mechanism through which organizations integrate environmental sustainability into their human resource management practices. Despite the growing body of research in this area, a unified understanding of its intellectual structure, thematic development, and research trajectories remains limited. To address this gap, this study conducts a bibliometric review of the GHRM literature using the SPAR-4-SLR protocol and draws on data from the Web of Science and Scopus databases. Bibliometric techniques, including performance analysis and scholarly mapping, are used to examine publication trends, influential journals and authors, collaborative networks, and emerging research topics. The results suggest significant growth in GHRM research beyond 2020, with strong contributions from emerging economies and a thematic focus on green training, environmental performance, and employee behavioral outcomes. By systematically mapping the evolution of GHRM research, this study provides an overview of the intellectual foundations of the field, identifies underexplored areas, and suggests directions for further research.
