摘要

In the context of rapid digital transformation and increasingly volatile consumer behavior, startups are compelled to develop more adaptive, insight-driven strategies to remain competitive. This article explores how behavioral insights—empirically grounded understandings of human decision-making—can be systematically integrated into startup business models to decode shifting consumer preferences and enable strategic agility. Drawing on recent advancements in behavioral economics, digital design, and innovation management, the article develops a conceptual framework for behaviorally informed entrepreneurship. Through a combination of theoretical synthesis and real-world case studies—including Duolingo, Lemonade, and Wolt—the study demonstrates how startups leverage behavioral experimentation, personalization, and feedback mechanisms to evolve their value propositions and engagement strategies in real time. It further examines the operational and ethical challenges associated with behavioral design, highlighting the need for regulatory clarity, ethical safeguards, and ecosystem support. The article concludes by proposing policy recommendations and future research directions aimed at promoting responsible behavioral innovation in digital startup ecosystems. The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how behavioral science can enhance strategic responsiveness, user-centricity, and resilience in knowledge-based entrepreneurial contexts.
