摘要

This study explores the dynamic interplay between Green Managerial Support, Green Technology Adoption, and Green Human Resource Management Practices (GHRM). The synergy of Green Managerial Support, Green Technology Adoption (GTA), and GHRM cultivates an environmentally conscious culture, driving innovation and enhancing firm performance. The data was collected from 384 HR specialists in different Chinese manufacturing industries to achieve the study goal. A self-administered questionnaire was used to obtain the data. The SmartPLS 4 Structural equation modeling is used for data analysis. The results indicate that Green Managerial Support is positively associated with GTA, and GMS and GTA positively correlate with GHRM Practices. Moreover, this research also analyzes the positive association of GHRM practices with Green Innovation and Green Firm Performance, advancing our understanding of how sustainable HR practices contribute to organizational success in an environmentally conscious landscape. This research provides critical insights for the managers and policymakers in Chinese manufacturing firms, indicating the importance of GMS and Green HRM practices in enriching GTA, innovation, and overall firm performance.
