摘要

This study aims to explore the possibilities of expanding the ideological and political format of teaching the history of modern China in colleges and universities based on promising digital technologies and the Internet. The research methodology includes the use of quantitative analysis of statistical information on the existing education system in China and qualitative analysis of the generalization of research results and the construction of a theoretical training model based on them. In the modern Chinese education system, the political and ideological component is focused on fostering respect for the country, the Communist Party of China, and socialism. At the current stage of educational development, the Chinese system of teaching history performs the dual task of ideological enlightenment and the preservation of national historical memory. However, in the context of digital technologies, a significant influence is exerted by the tool of learning based on public history through the widespread dissemination of historical content on social media and web platforms. The practical significance of studying the impact of the ideological and political component on the teaching of modern Chinese history will contribute to the search for new forms of education and a more public nature of the scientific discourse on this issue.
