Pulmonale Beteiligung bei systemischer Sklerose

Pulmonary hypertension (PH) and interstitial lung disease (ILD) are common complications in patients with systemic sclerosis (SSc) and present the leading causes of death. Early diagnosis for both diseases is recommended in SSc, via echocardiography for PH and chest computed tomography (CT) for ILD. Due to complexity and heterogeneity of both diseases, affected patients should ideally be managed in expert centres.
