Interstitielle Lungenerkrankung bei rheumatischen Erkrankungen

  • Michael Grohs

摘要

Interstitial lung diseases (ILD) represent a heterogeneous group of pulmonary pathologies characterized by inflammatory and fibrotic changes in the interstitial tissue of the lungs. These diseases can occur in association with various rheumatic diseases, increasing their complexity and clinical importance. Since lung involvement leads to increased morbidity and mortality, early detection is of enormous importance. A careful anamnesis and clinical examination as well as the autoantibody profile, and, if necessary, screening methods should help to identify this complication at an early stage in order to initiate or escalate treatment in time or arrange for more frequent controls. Due to the extended treatment landscape, effective anti-inflammatory and anti-fibrotic therapies are available.
