摘要

In the context of the rapidly increasing resistance of microorganisms to antibiotics, it is necessary to look for new methods of combating them. At present, metal nanoparticles are receiving much attention and are increasingly being used as antibacterial agents. In this work, the direct comparative analysis of the antibacterial properties of silver nanoparticles was carried out, using two different methods for their preparation in dramatically different concentrations: the method of laser ablation in liquid and the method of laser-induced forward transfer. In both these cases, the nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The method of dynamic light scattering was used to estimate the average particle size. Antibacterial studies were carried out on gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, both in planktonic and biofilm forms.
