摘要

In this study, hot compression tests are conducted at different deformation temperatures (1070 °C, 1100 °C, 1130 °C, and 1170 °C) and strain rates (0.1 s−1 and 1 s−1) to analyze the effects of hot deformation parameters on dynamic recrystallization (DRX) behavior of as-extruded GH4151 alloy. The results indicate that with an increase in deformation temperature at a constant strain rate, the proportion of recrystallized grains rises, and discontinuous dynamic recrystallization (DDRX) is dominant while continuous dynamic recrystallization (CDRX) is an auxiliary mechanism, Additionally, the texture strength slightly decreases. Furthermore, the γ´ phase progressively dissolves with a reduction in strain rate and an increase in deformation temperature, and the morphology of the γ´ phase transitions from petaloid to spherical shape, which subsequently lowers the hardness.
