Microstructure and Salt Spray Corrosion Behaviors of Welded Joints of 304/HRB400 Clad Rebars
摘要
The investigation into the impact of carbon dioxide shielded welding on the microstructure and corrosion resistance of clad rebars was conducted. The results show that Widmanstatten structure and carbide-free bainite organizations were observed in the heat-affected zone of the clad rebars and the width was about 4 mm. In the simulated marine environment, the corrosion rate of carbon steel rebar-welded joints was approximately 6 times higher than that of clad rebar-welded joints, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance. Furthermore, the rust layer gradually transits from γ-FeOOH and α-FeOOH to Fe3O4, displaying densification.
