<p>Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the lower lip is a common oral malignancy, and surgical excision often results in functional and aesthetic deficits requiring complex reconstruction. Achieving optimal oral competence and aesthetic outcomes remains a challenge. This study presents a case of a 48-year-old female who presented with an ulceroproliferative lesion of the lower lip, clinically suggestive of SCC. Wide local excision with marginal mandibulectomy from 34 to 44 was performed, followed by bilateral suprahyoid neck dissection up to level IB. The resulting 4 × 2.5&#xa0;cm fullthickness defect was reconstructed using bilateral nasolabial flaps. To enhance oral commissural stability and improve functional competence, a Fascia Lata strip harvested from the left thigh was fashioned into a sling and anchored between the commissures, providing static support. Bilateral nasolabial flaps combined with a Fascia Lata sling represent a reliable reconstructive option for moderate-sized lower lip defects following oncologic resection, offering improved functional and aesthetic outcomes.</p>
