<p>Spindle cell neoplasms are a diverse group of tumors characterized by spindle-shaped cells in histopathological evaluation, originating from epithelial, mesenchymal, or odontogenic tissues in the oral cavity. Their overlapping histological features pose diagnostic challenges, necessitating accurate identification for effective treatment. This report details a 77-year-old female with a progressively enlarging, painless swelling in the left maxillary region for one month. Clinical examination revealed a well-defined, firm mass with intraoral extension. Histopathology confirmed a spindle cell neoplasm of the left maxillary alveolus. Surgical resection via partial infrastructure maxillectomy under general anesthesia achieved complete tumor removal. Postoperative recovery was uneventful, with no recurrence during follow-up. This case highlights the critical role of early diagnosis and comprehensive surgical management in preventing recurrence and ensuring favorable outcomes for oral spindle cell neoplasms.</p>
