A soft, pedunculated, exophytic lesion with a warty appearance was observed on the right buccal mucosa and lower anterior labial mucosa during clinical examination. CA was confirmed by histological analysis, which showed no signs of cancer and hyperplastic papillary squamous epithelium with koilocytes.
