<p>Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a rare disorder characterized by clonal proliferation of Langerhans cells, most commonly affecting bones, skin, and other organs. The mandible is among the frequently involved maxillofacial sites, where it may clinically mimic odontogenic infections, cysts, or malignancies. We present a case of LCH involving the mandible in a young patient, highlighting the diagnostic challenges and importance of histopathological and immunohistochemical evaluation in differentiating it from other jaw lesions. Early diagnosis and appropriate management are critical to prevent morbidity and potential systemic complications.</p>
