<p>Simple bone cysts (SBCs) are typically benign growths commonly found in the long bones of children, often occurring between their first and second decades of life. While they can occasionally manifest in the mandible, occurrences within the mandibular condyle are exceedingly rare. We present a case of a 14-year-old female patient with progressive enlargement of the left mandibular condyle. A 2.5&#xa0;cm × 2.5&#xa0;cm lytic lesion was identified and subsequently treated through exploration and curettage via retromandibular approach. The lesion was confirmed to be an SBC. Following the surgery, the patient recovered uneventfully.</p>
