摘要

Metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma to the oral cavity is extremely rare. A 66-year-old woman was diagnosed with a stage IV pancreatic adenocarcinoma. During chemotherapy, the pancreatic adenocarcinoma metastasized to the maxillary gingiva. Although the subjective symptoms improved with palliative radiation therapy for oral metastases, the patient died three months after the detection of oral metastases. We report a case of metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma to the oral cavity and review previous reports of pancreatic carcinoma metastasizing to the oral cavity.
