Temporomandibular Joint Disc Replacement with Acellular Dermal Matrix for Irreparable Disc

Several flaps and materials have been used throughout history as interposition materials for the management of irreparable perforated discs. However, it is still under discussion and there is no consensus about the ideal therapeutic behaviour. Therefore, this paper aims to suggest a simple and effective alternative with low morbidity for the management of irreparable discs.
