The aim of this innovative technical note is to shore and support the abdominal free fat in the management of OSMF with the help of an IV fluid plastic bottle. The advantage of this technique is that, it has wider circumference for the adaptation and the coverage compared to conventional dressing. Not only the doctor, but the patient must also detect any developing malignant change at its earliest to improve the life expectancy of the patient.
