Multidimensionale Herausforderungen und Strategien der Leistungsbewertung im Sportunterricht: eine qualitative Analyse
摘要
This interview study examines the challenges and strategies of performance assessment in physical education. The focus is on the specific challenges of competency-based teaching and the methods used to avoid errors in assessment. A total of 17 physical education teachers from Baden–Württemberg were interviewed. The results show that teachers employ a variety of strategies to create transparency and minimize assessment errors. These include the use of evaluation tables, involving students in the development of criteria, and systematically planning assessments throughout the school year. The study highlights the diverse assessment dimensions and norm orientations used in physical education and offers practical approaches to improve assessment practices.
