Pleurotus abieticola: Mycoconversion Chips from Nematode-Infected Pine Trees into Nutritional Resources
摘要
To explore the biodegradation progress with nematode-infected pine chips (NPC) as the main component in different growth phases of different formulas and the differences in nutrient composition of Pleurotus abieticola, we set up five different formulas of substrates and measured the mushroom yield and the activities of laccase, cellulase, and hemicellulase in the first and second flushes and the degradation ratio of lignin, cellulose, and hemicellulose. The results showed that Treatment 1 had the highest degradation ratio and yield. Among the five formulas, the activity of laccase decreased significantly from the spawn running time to the harvest period of the second flush, and the cellulase activity in the second flush was higher than that in first flush. The hemicellulase activity varied significantly with different substrates. The surface of the chips degraded by P. abieticola was much rougher than that of the original chips. The degradation ratio of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose was different among the five formulas, but the total degradation ratio of the substrate was significantly positively related to the total yield. The main nutrients in fruiting bodies including the protein, the total sugar, the total polysaccharide, and crude fat contents were 28.43–38.57%, 22.58–34.13%, 2.87–4.21%, and 1.53–2.27%, respectively. On all substrates, the fruiting bodies contained 17 amino acids, primarily glutamate (4.01–5.95%), followed by leucine (1.73–2.12%) and aspartate (1.60–2.85%). The fruiting bodies grown on T1 formula (50% NPC) showed high substrate degradation ability, yields and nutritional value. Adding an appropriate amount of NPC during the cultivation of P. abieticola can promote its conversion into a component of the cultivation substrate.
