摘要

Synthesized gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using plant extract of Codariocalyx motorius (C. motorius). The CM-AuNPs were thoroughly analyzed using a variety of analytical methods, such as DLS, XRD, EDAX, FE-SEM, UV-visible spectroscopy, FT-IR, and Zeta potential analysis. A prominent peak at 534 nm was seen in the UV-visible spectrum, which is indicative of the presence of CM-AuNPs and their unique optical characteristics. After being examined under an HR-SEM, the CM-AuNPs’ precisely calibrated shape was revealed, with an average size of roughly 44 nm. The bio-fabricated CM-AuNPs demonstrated strong antioxidant activity in the DPPH experiment, with an IC50 value of 61.27%, in the evaluation of biological activities. Furthermore, notable antibacterial activity against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria was shown, with inhibition zones measured at 6 ± 2.94392 mm and 5 ± 2.58199 mm, in that order. Moreover, the bioengineered CM-AuNPs showed significant ant proliferative effects (IC50 value: 6.89 µg/mL) against HepG2 cells, indicating potential pathways for therapeutic interventions.
