<p>We investigate quantum transmission through two quantum wires connected by triple quantum dots with nonreciprocal interdot couplings. We find that although unidirectional and bidirectional nonreciprocal couplings can produce the same eigenlevels of the quantum dots, they lead to different transmission function spectra in the quantum wires, especially when multiple pathways enhance quantum interference effects. This is characterized by distinct Fano lineshapes in the transmission function spectra as nonreciprocal coupling strength increases. We believe this work provides insights into how nonreciprocal coupling mechanisms control quantum transmission through quantum wires.</p>
