摘要

We present the results of modelling the behaviour of excitons in quantum wells with thin tunnel-transparent barriers built into their volume. A nonmonotonic dependence of the binding energy of excitons on the degree of filling of the quantum well with barriers was discovered. At first, the binding energy increases, but as the number of barriers increases, it begins to decrease.
