Assessing photonic response diversity in STO heterostructures with varying orientations
摘要
Modulating the transport characteristics of two-dimensional electron gases is crucial for next-generation multi-functional oxide electronics applications. The intrinsic stimuli, such as strain effects from lattice mismatch, coupled with external perturbations like light illumination and electrostatic gating, can be utilized to modify the system’s physical characteristics in a non-destructive manner. In this paper, we have studied the influence of light illumination and electrostatic gating on the hitherto unknown two-dimensional electron gas interfaces of LaVO
