摘要

La1−xSrxTi0.80Fe0.20O3;{0.10 ≤ x ≤ 0.40} perovskite ceramics material has been prepared by solid-state route technique. The samples, prepared as pellets, underwent characterization through X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope for structural study, by thermo gravimetric analyser for thermal study, and by impedance spectrometer for dielectric and conductive study. Crystal structure of the material has been found to be monoclinic. The grains exhibit regularity and non-uniformity and possess a size range of approximately 180–200 nm. Density of the material is measured by Archimedes principle. Weight loss has been recorded by thermogravimetric analysis techniques at high temperature. Material is dielectric enough, and substitution of Sr2+ increases the conductivity value. The value was found to be greater than 100 Scm−1 above 600 °C temperatures which suggests it to be a suitable electrode material for SOFCs.
