摘要

In this paper, we have investigated the propagation of dust-acoustic dressed solitons (DADS) which are influenced by the presence of dust concentrations and hot isothermal electrons in an inhomogeneous plasma. The dynamics of ions, electrons and dust grains are described by the governing equations of fluid, and on the basis of reductive perturbations technique (RPT), we have derived the Korteweg–de Vries (KdV) equation. Accordingly, the solitary solutions are obtained. The DADS wave profile shows the variations in the amplitude, width and velocity for various dust multiplicity of dust grains and dust concentrations in the system. In this investigation, we have observed that the DADS allow only the compressive solitons up to a certain critical value of dust concentration parameter as a consequence of the presence of negatively charged dust particles. We have further observed that the DADS also support the rarefactive solitons beyond the critical value of dust concentration parameter in the system.
