摘要

Supplier selection is one of the key decisions in supply chain management. This study presents a new hybrid method of fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL), stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis (SWARA), and multi-objective optimization on the basis of ratio analysis (MOORA) in Neutrosophic environment to weigh evaluation criteria and rank suppliers. In this research, the supplier evaluation criteria are chosen based on the 10 C model and expert opinions. The most important and the least important criteria are determined using the fuzzy DEMATEL method. Then, the SWARA method in Neutrosophic environment is utilized to weigh the criteria. And the MOORA method in Neutrosophic environment is applied to rank suppliers. To describe the hybrid method, a numerical study in the supply chain of auto parts is presented and solved. Vague and imprecise input parameters make supplier selection decisions complicated. Neutrosophic logic is a comprehensive logic for demonstrating uncertainty in the decision-making process. This logic improves judgment accuracy and models uncertainty more effectively and flexibly than fuzzy logic. Supplier evaluation based on the 10 C model has not been performed in previous studies. Although fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy models have been applied in supplier selection, the use of Neutrosophic numbers has been very limited. Additionally, the combination of fuzzy DEMATEL and SWARA is proposed for the first time in this research to weigh supplier evaluation criteria. And the MOORA method in Neutrosophic environment is developed to rank suppliers.
