<p>This study presents a multi-objective optimization (MOO) model for healthcare supply chains (HSCs) during pandemics, utilizing the neutrosophic goal programming approach to balance three key objectives: cost minimization, environmental sustainability, and service level optimization. The first objective aims to minimize the total costs associated with the supply chain (SC), including transportation costs of medical supplies and fixed operational costs for establishing distribution centers and running healthcare facilities. The second objective focuses on reducing the environmental impact of the SC, emphasizing the reduction of carbon emissions from transportation and the overall ecological footprint of operational activities. The third objective seeks to maximize the service level and minimize shortages in healthcare services, ensuring that essential medical supplies are available and accessible during a pandemic. Applying the neutrosophic goal programming approach enables HSC managers to make informed decisions that balance these competing objectives, contributing to more cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and resilient healthcare systems during global health crises. The results underscore the importance of incorporating sustainability and flexibility into supply chain management (SCM), providing valuable insights for policymakers, healthcare managers, and researchers striving for efficient and sustainable healthcare delivery in times of emergency.</p>
