<p>In today’s rapidly evolving business environment, achieving operational excellence and resilience has become paramount for organizations seeking sustainable success. The integration of Industry 4.0 with Lean Six Sigma has surfaced as a potent combination, holding the promise of improved productivity, efficiency, and adaptability. This research paper aims to investigate the significance of Industry 4.0 and Lean Six Sigma in building resilient operations that can thrive amidst uncertainties and disruptions. Through a comprehensive literature review, 30 factors influencing organizational performance were identified. The study utilizes the Fuzzy Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method, which is a multi-criteria decision-making approach, to examine the interrelationships of these factors on organizational resilience. The findings reveal that “Top Management Commitment (B3)” emerged as the most influential factor driving organizational performance, followed by “Real-time Decision-Making Capabilities (B1)” and “Smart Product, Service, and Supply Chain Capabilities (B15)”. Organizations can leverage these findings to prioritize and strategize the adoption of Industry 4.0 and Lean Six Sigma principles, thereby strengthening their resilience and competitiveness in the ever-evolving business landscape. This research contributes practical implications for businesses navigating the complexities of the modern world while fostering resilience and sustainability in their operations. The novelty of this research lies in its exploration of the synergistic effect of Industry 4.0 and Lean Six Sigma on organizational resilience, offering new insights into how these two paradigms interact to enhance operational performance in the face of digital transformation. Organizations can leverage these findings to prioritize and strategize the adoption of Industry 4.0 and Lean Six Sigma principles, thereby strengthening their resilience and competitiveness in the ever-evolving business landscape.</p>
