摘要

In this article, we present an interactive graphical user interface (GUI) app developed to automatically detect peaks in a LIBS spectrum. It aims to assist researchers worldwide engaged in LIBS data analysis by streamlining the process, ensuring ease and intuitiveness while accurately detecting all desired peaks. Particularly, the option to find peaks in a sub-spectrum makes it a powerful tool. The GUI also serves as a tool for exploring the spectrum with specialized functionalities such as zoom-out and auto-stepper. These options open up a new avenue for LIBS researchers, enhancing their initial data comprehension. Information about the detected peaks is saved interactively, a crucial aspect for various downstream analyses. This open-source GUI app is accessible through our GitHub repository and requires only the installation of the Matlab runtime, which is freely available on their website.
