<p>A Semiconductor Optical Amplifier generated spectrum sliced 6 × 10 Gbps Wavelength Division Multiplexed Free Space Optics network is designed and simulated in this manuscript. The simulative investigation is executed at data rate of 10 Gbps with Laser power of 20 dBm over a distance of 5&#xa0;km. It is revealed that designed link yields successful transmission upto considerable distance of 2&#xa0;km, 2.2&#xa0;km &amp; 3&#xa0;km in clear weather, medium rain and light fog conditions. Further, it is also reported that proposed design provides better performance by carrying data at 10 Gbps compared to 2.5 Gbps data rate of Highly Non Linear Fiber based spectrum sliced scheme over a significant distance of 2.5&#xa0;km.</p>

摘要
