摘要

This research seeks to create optics network featuring an optics switching, the most critical components, this is because its significant role in satisfying the difficulties of future generations of optics networks. Parallel to the developments of communications systems and the increasing request for optics-networks that deliver information swiftly and with enhanced performance, the optics switch played a significant role in this context. Failures in optics related to protocols and internal architecture have been discussed before. A simulation of the proposed design was conducted using the last version of the Opti system program based on the definite results and variables of the devices used by telecommunications companies. In this paper, we adjusted the different transmission distances and poweer of the optical communication under different conditions to achieve improved outcomes with the optical switch involved. The outcomes were compared to the advantages and disadvantages of each of these parts.
