Gas Sensing Examination Of CdO-%NiOThin Films Deposited Via Spraying Process
摘要
Spray pyrolysis formed thin films of CdO:%NiO on a glass substrate. According to the XRD analysis, the CdO and NiO layers deposited on the surface have a diffraction angle. The FESEM image shows that the metal oxides deposited have a root-like structure. EDX was used to determine the chemical stoichiometry of the sample. When %NiO is added to CdO, optical absorption spectroscopy shows that the wavelength increases. The important advantage of adding NiO was the increase in energy band gap. The FTIR analysis shows that the metal oxide bands of Cd-O and Ni-O are highlighted. Studies of samples deposited in the glass against the NO2gas confirmed that the model could improve gas detection.
