Enhancement of spectral responsivity of Ag: au nanoparticles by using seed-growth method
摘要
Synthesis of Ag: Through the use of seed-growth approach, stable, pure, and non-toxic core-shell Au nanoparticles (NPs) are prepared as well as optimized, which precedes two steps: the initial step involves preparing silver seeds using a chemical reaction involving Na3C6H5O7, AgNO3, and NaBH4. Following this reduction, the subsequent step involves reducing HAuC14 chemically through C6H8O6 in CTAB solution. Silver seed concentration of (0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1) mL in prepared NPs. The goal of the study is optimizing photo-detectors NPs once they are deposited on PS substrates. Enhancement regarding spectral responsivity in Ag: Au (core-shell) nano-particles through seed-growth is the focus of this study. It is anticipated that the fabricated hybrid nanostructure will have enhanced spectral responsivity, making it an attractive option for numerous optoelectronic uses. Raman, TEM, X-rays, UV-visible, and Photoluminescence spectra were all discovered. This research’s findings will further the field of nanomaterials for optoelectronic devices.
