摘要

In modern communication systems, optical signals are crucial for data transmission. The multiplexer (MUX) serves a pivotal role in facilitating data communication by enabling the propagation of multiple signals through a single channel. Traditional digital multiplexer designs rely on semiconductor-based logic Gates, which often introduce delays in signal propagation. To address this issue, we propose a novel approach utilizing soliton signals for MUX design. Soliton signals, characterized by their Hyperbolic-secant nature, exhibit minimal dispersion effects during propagation, offering an efficient alternative to semiconductor-based designs. By employing soliton signals and incorporating trigger signals, we achieve signal superposition and dynamic phase manipulation to adapt to varying conditions. Simulation results conducted using MATLAB demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed approach.
