Study the structural and optical properties of Zinc Oxide prepared by pulse laser deposition
摘要
In this study, in order to design thin films of Zinc Oxide, we used a pulsed laser deposition process and investigated their properties. XRD patterns for ZnO corresponding to (100), (002),(101) and (102). The absorbance spectra of thin ZnO film showed a maximum intake peak shifting towards longer wavelengths. An increase and decrease in the transmittance spectrum were observed above the absorption border. The results indicated that as the wavelength increases, There is a clear increase in the refractive index with a decrease in extinction, and this will change all real and imaginary dielectric constants.
