Dynamics of two degenerate three-level lasers oupled to vacuum reservoir

摘要

In this paper, we have considered the squeezing and statistical properties of the light produced by degenerate three-level lasers coupled to a vacuum reservoir in which two different degenerate cascade three-level atoms are injected at a constant rate into the cavity. Using the relevant master equation, we have developed stochastic differential equations connected with the normal ordering. We have computed the quadrature variances using the solutions of the resulting differential equations. We have also calculated the mean photon number and the variance of the photon number for the cavity modes using the Q function. We have seen that the mean of the photon number decreases as \(\eta\) η increases, and the maximum mean photon number for \(\eta =0\) η = 0 is 62.5.
