摘要

In the present article, the performance of Organic Light Emitting Diodes (OLEDs) was evaluated on the basis of electroluminescence intensity with the three different electrodes including indium tin oxide (ITO) on glass substrate, few layer graphene (FLG) and Reduced Graphene Oxide (rGO)/PEDOT: PSS hybrid layer on thin PET substrate. Ruthenium complex is very common organic material used as an active layer in the fabricated OLEDs for testing the performance of the TCEs in flexible devices. The observed results were compared with OLED having an ITO electrode on a glass substrate. The result indicates that the OLEDs having FLG electrodes possesses similar electroluminescence intensity as an ITO electrode. Although, rGO (PEDOT: PSS) hybrid electrode yields at least 4.2 multiple emission intensity than the other fabricated OLEDs at identical voltage. The detailed optical characterization and observed results are explained.
