Spectroscopic diagnosis of nickel and zinc plasmas produced by plasma jet technique
摘要
This study employed a cold plasma jet system operating under normal atmospheric pressure, generated from argon gas. Variations in argon gas flow were observed to impact plasma properties within flow rates ranging from 0.25 to 2.25 L/min. Utilizing argon gas to construct the plasma jet system, acting as the cathode, emission spectra of two metals (Ni) and (Zn) were examined for the anode, with a constant voltage source of 13 kV. The discharge current (DC) regulated the influx of argon gas into the plasma, with the parameters monitored encompassing electron density, plasma frequency, electron temperature, and Debye length. Optical Emission Spectrometry (OES) technology was employed to capture the resulting plasma spectrum at different argon gas flow rates, revealing an increase in the intensity of spectral lines. Additionally, a decrease in electron temperature (
