High flexibility transparent optical networks based on wavelength conversion line selection through multi light paths
摘要
This paper has demonstrated the high speed optical communication based on optical fiber line selection and wavelength conversion techniques. Wavelength routing conversion blocking probability with Forward, Random, Least, Most algorithms against wavelengths per single link is studied based on multi light paths. Wavelength link conversion/non conversion utilization for Forward, Random, Least, Most algorithms against wavelengths per single link is demonstrated based on multi light paths. The network blocking probability with and without wavelength conversion is analyzed and clarified numerically. The optical fiber link utilization is investigated for both converted and non converted wavelength for different proposed algorithms. The network blocking probability decreases and the flexibility of the optical fiber network is examined through the converted wavelength. The network wavelength link conversion/non conversion utilization decreases and the flexibility of the optical fiber network is examined through the converted wavelength. The network wavelength link conversion/non conversion utilization can be enhanced in the case of multi light paths.
