Proposal for designing an optical sensor to identify reproductive hormones inside human body
摘要
This work presents a model of sensor tailored for identifying reproductive hormones. The design incorporates a photonic resonator, and extensive optimization of structural parameters has been conducted to enhance sensitivity, particularly in distinct samples. The sensing region is exposed to samples from both pregnant and non-pregnant females, facilitating the finding of “progesterone” and “estradiol” hormones in patients. The analytes are placed within the central cavity of the ring, and output are sensibly examined for each normal and affected cell sample.
