摘要

Health promotion and prevention are part of the mission statement of many organizations involved in open child and youth work. For their measures and activities to be as effective as possible, networking with the various actors in the community is advisable. Due to their high membership numbers among children and adolescents, local sports clubs are among the most important cooperation partners in the areas of health promotion and prevention. However, the frequently expressed desire for more cooperation is countered by a lack of research on how cooperation with sports clubs can be established and what factors contribute to its success or risk. This study takes the first step toward closing this gap by reviewing the state of current knowledge. The results of the literature-based scoping study show that there are various links between the two cooperation partners. On the other hand, there are strongly diverging organizational logics, for which potential cooperation partners must demonstrate mutual understanding and increased tolerance. Finally, six opportunities and three risks for cooperation are identified and an outlook for future research will be provided.
