<p>This article is dedicated to the fact that on the one hand homelessness assistance declares itself to be responsible for helping people to overcome poverty or mitigate its consequences but on the other hand, as an employer it also employs people in precarious employment relationships within the framework of job opportunities with expenses allowance (AGH), which are often criticized for contributing to the consolidation or reproduction of poverty. The study focuses in particular on how users perceive this ambivalent relationship and how it affects their utilization of the services.</p>
