Fall- und Strukturanalysen im jugendamtlichen Kinderschutz
摘要
The North Rhine-Westphalia Child Protection Act provides for the implementation of a binding, state-wide quality development procedure to support local child and youth welfare authorities in fulfilling their duty to protect children in accordance with § 8a SGB VIII. In a pilot project and a subsequent interim phase, a procedure and recommendations for continuation are being developed. The procedure includes case analyses and analyses of features of the structural quality of child protection work in child and youth welfare authorities. It aims to identify quality development issues and develop recommendations together with the respective local child and youth welfare authority. However, the aim is also to gain insights into the status and further development of child protection work in North Rhine-Westphalia as a whole.
