<p>This research is dedicated to analyzing the practical synchronization of complex networks (CNs) featuring multiple weights, reaction–diffusion components, Markovian jumping parameters, and temporal delays. The research additionally incorporates a transmission matrix to model restricted communication capabilities. A state feedback control law is formulated by incorporating the hyperbolic tangent function. Through the implementation of this controller combined with an enhanced Lyapunov–Krasovskii analysis framework, sufficient conditions are derived to ensure network synchronization. The concluding section presents numerical simulations to validate the theoretical findings.</p>
