Bathonian/Callovian ostracod biostratigraphy in the Zollernalb (SW-Germany)

To supplement the reported ostracod assemblage of the Callovian GSSP candidate section Pfeffingen, two further Bathonian/Callovian boundary sections in the Zollernalb are presented. The exact age of the first appearance of Neurocythere cruciata cruciata (Triebel, 1951) and the lower boundary of the Cruciata ostracod zone is discussed. The results are compared with neighbouring and more distant sections of the same age and their ostracods.
