Passend bewijs voor preventie: investeren in wat écht werkt
摘要
A new guideline for sufficient evidence for prevention measures holds that in addition to randomized research, alternative research methods may be appropriate, provided that a credible control group is used. The responsible application of evidence requires that the research context and implementation practices are comparable, and that the effectiveness of the measure is theoretically substantiated. Sufficient evidence for long-term effects can be based on intermediate effects and modelling. The ‘comply or explain’ principle applies to the use of the guideline.
